SNSD’s agency, SM Entertainment, recently clarified the controversy surrounding Taeyeon and Sooyoung’s “kiss” on an episode of MBC’s “Music Core“, aired on October 30th.SM Entertainment stated, “The song is about the friendship between the nine members. They wanted to express their friendship in a loving way.”
Taeyeon and Sooyoung gave a surprise kiss to one another at the end of their “My Best Friend” performance on “Music Core,” confusing viewers with its intent.
