On June 28th, Girls’ Generation traveled to Beijing for the “Korea-China Friendship Concert”, where the group thrilled fans in the audience with performances of “Genie”, “I Got A Boy”, and “Gee”. Other artists at the concert included Super Junior, 2PM, SISTAR, MBLAQ, EXO, and others. Yoona served as an MC for the event with Super Junior’s Kyuhyun and 2PM’s Taecyeon.

Also in attendance at the concert was Park Geun-hye, the President of South Korea, in the midst of a four-day visit to China. Girls’ Generation and other groups were able to meet the President backstage at the event.
