On September 8, SM Entertainment shared SNSD's Sooyoung's video message to their fanclub, SONE. In the clip that she made and edited, Sooyoung apologizes to fans for being unable to perform at the SM TOWN LIVE tour in Tokyo on September 2 and SNSD's tour in Taiwan due to her injury.
Sooyoung was involved in a car accident that happened on August 28. She was diagnosed with a fractured backbone and was forced to suspend activities.
