Yuri and Seohyun will be revealing their secrets for body figure management on SBS ‘Diet Survival BIGsTORY’, airing on November 20th.
In ‘BigsTory’, 3 participants carried out a ‘Body Figure Formation Project’ where participant is to challenge a section, including ‘Creating Girls’ Generation Legs’, ‘Becoming Collarbone Beauty’ and ‘Creating Chocolate Abs’. The project is carried out through exercises while weight-loss machines are used to achieve perfect body lines for each part of the body.
Girls’ Generation members Sooyoung, Yuri and Seohyun participated in the recording of the show. When asked by the MC, “How do you usually carry out health management?”, Yuri answered, “I will grind yam every morning and drink yam juice” while Seohyun answered, “I eat breakfast on time everyday without skipping meal.”
Seohyun added, “Until now, I have never skipped any breakfast, because I heard that in order for the brain to be actively working, we must take in carbohydrate in the morning.”
On the other hand, Sooyoung said, “I don’t have any particular method.” When asked if she exercises frequently, she said, “I do breathing exercise.”
In response to this, diet instructor Sean Lee said, “Sooyoung is born with the body figure while Yuri created it through exercise.”
